please don't ever try to do too much. Just when you think you can do anything, believe me, your in trouble. I've had 2 surgeries, my last a fusion 4 yrs ago. I'm 42. I've kept a 2 yr old for a dear friend and picked her up several times in the past 4 weeks. TROUBLE! anyway, you've got a lot to learn. Good luck to you.
